🧾 Return & Refund Policy

At BRICK BLOCKS HAVEN, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of LEGO products. If you’re not happy, we’re here to help!

🔄 Returns

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Products must be unused,  and in their original packaging.

  • Non-returnable items: Sale items, clearance kits, digital downloads, and gift cards are not eligible for return.

To initiate a return, please contact us at Sales@brickblockshaven.com​ with your order number and reason for return.

💰 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong set, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
